What the Waters Left Behind
Epecuén was clearly one of the most important touristic cities of Argentina. Countless individuals concurred, brought on by the healing properties of its waters. On November a huge volume of water broke the embankment and the village had been submerged under ten meters of salt water. Epecuén vanished. The waters receded along with also the ruins of Epecuén emerged exposing a bleak and abandoned landscape. The residents never returned. The plot revolves around a band of adults who take a trip to film a documentary concerning Epecuén. Ignoring the warnings, and following a brief tour, they get stranded in the village that is deserted. Contrary to what they thought, they begin to understand that they are not alone...
