Bataan
Throughout Japan's invasion of the Philippines from 1942, Capt. Henry Lassiter, Sgt. Bill Dane and a diverse set of American soldiers have been ordered to destroy and hold a strategic bridge as a way to delay the Japanese forces and permit Gen. MacArthur time to secure Bataan. When japan soldiers begin to rebuild the bridge along with advance, the group struggles with not merely hunger, sickness and gun fire, but also the data that there's likely no relief on the way.
