Gang leader Cyrus requires a gathering of the gangs take over the city and to set aside their turf wars of New York. At the meeting, Cyrus is killed by a rival pioneer, however a Coney Island gang called the Warriors is erroneously blamed for Cyrus' death. Before you know it, the gangbanger in the city is sexy on the Warriors' trail.
