Mandy is a mother, an author, and a nihilist all at the same time. Mandy is a modern woman who is going through a difficult time. She is bringing up a boy in the midst of a feminist revolution, mining the grief of her parents' split, and professionally writing about a love that no longer exists when she comes across a disturbed guy named Pete who is yearning for a sense of worth, belonging, and a'restored' male identity.
