The film revolves around a who partners having a small business associate to find himself framed by his colleague and sent into prison. He unites with a New York-to-Los Angeles race to get revenge after he gets outside. However, if the ex-partner learns of this plot, he puts a soul on the racer's head, forcing a cross-country gauntlet of racers to run in all mode of vehicles that are super charged.
