A young journalist, gauthier, learns from his mommy he may be the illegitimate son of Guy Jamet, a French singer whose heyday stretched unevenly from the 1960's into the nineties. Guy heads on tour and is promoting a brand new album of older material. Armed with a camera, Gauthier makes the decision to follow along with Guy, recording his daily routine and his joys to generate a documentary portrait.
