Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. 2nd GIG – Individual Eleven
The year is 2030. Six months has been resolved. Approximately 3 million refugees live in Japan, invited to fill the labour shortage. Nevertheless, the emergent presence of this invited-refugees intensified their confrontation with the"Individualists", who called for federal isolation, which then resulted in the increased incidences of terrorist attacks. Under those conditions, a group called a suicide attack is carried out by the Individual Eleven. However there is a larger scheme supporting their own action. They make an effort to nail down the master mind of this incident when Section 9 accomplishes this. Meanwhile, Kuze, a surviving member of the Eleven, becomes a leader of the invited-refugees and intensifies the confrontation against the federal government. And now Motoko starts feeling an odd sensation of fate connecting her with Kuze...
