A team of space marines referred to as the Rapid Response Tactical Squad is sent to a science center on Mars after a security violation is reported by some. There, they learn that the alert came after a test subject, a murderer broke loose and began killing people. Dr. Grimm, who is linked to team member Reaper, educates all of them that the chromosome can mesmerize people into critters -- and is highly contagious.
