But on a March night in 1964, 3-7 neighbors at Queens, New York, watch the murder of Kitty Genovese. None of these calls the police or takes action. 3-7 tells the story of what led up into the nighttime whenever they unexplainably stayed observers and a few of those people. The movie is a portrayal of a borough in exchange and a period characterized the Civil Rights Movement, by racism and changes. The event that motivated the film's plot was called a symbol for the moment when America lost its innocence. The director Puk Grasten weaves into her feature film debut by leading us various fates, fantasies and family conflicts.
