Real Stories
Real Stories can be an Australian tv comedy series produced by Carlton Television for Network Ten. Hamish Blake and Andy Lee created it. The series was broadcast on 22 August 2006.
Six episodes were produced. The program turned into a parody of current affairs shows. This had been hosted by Jennifer Adams, an former Network reporter. A typical current affairs format was mimicked by the series. Pre-recorded segments from the series were introduced by the host. These segments Star Red Andy Lee Hamish Blake, Ryan Shelton, and Tim Bartley using voice-overs Supplied by Greg Fleet.
The series started being a collaboration between Roving Enterprises and Hamish and Andy's production organization, as a project for Melbourne's Channel 31, a community access tv channel. There are no plans to continue production of this series. It was replicated throughout 2007, and it is currently available on DVD. Podcasts were produced, containing stuff not broadcast in the collection.
