James May is not a chef in the traditional sense of the word. But that's exactly the point: you don't have to be a fantastic cook in order to prepare delectable meals. He'll take us on a culinary journey across the Far East, the Mediterranean, and the local pub, all from the comfort of a home economist's kitchen. He'll whip up delectable recipes that you can actually prepare yourself, using materials that are readily available. And all of this was accomplished without the normal television cooking style gimmicks.
