Uppercase Print
In 1981, chalk slogans written in uppercase letters began showing up in public areas in the Romanian city of Boto?ani. They required liberty, alluded to the democratic growths happening in Romania's socialist sister nations or simply called for renovations in the food supply. Mugur C?linescu lagged them, who was still at institution at the time and whose instance is recorded in the data of the Romanian secret authorities. Theater supervisor Gianina C?rbunariu produced a documentary play based on this product.
