The Twins Effect

In order to achieve absolute control, a villainous Duke makes an attempt to assassinate a royal family of European vampires and drink their blood in order to amass their reserves. The lone survivor of the family decides to move to Hong Kong, but his plans are complicated when he falls in love with a mortal girl whose brother also happens to be a vampire hunter. This adds another layer of difficulty to the already difficult situation.
