The Scientist

A chilling psychological thriller about Steve Unger, an eccentric scientist who is trying to care for his terminally ill wife Darlene, who only has a few weeks to live. While attempting to stay strong for his wife and 10-year-old daughter Lily, Steve rushes into a quest to find a treatment for Darlene so that he can keep his family together. In his quest for a cure, he has crossed all legal and moral lines, and his treatment procedures, which include messing with human DNA, may lead to humanity's extinction.
