The Invisible Guardian

It is rapidly linked to a similar murder, when the body of a teenaged girl is found on the banks of the River Baztán. So on, rumours are flying in the neighboring village of Elizondo. Is this work of a ritualistic killer or could it be the basajaun, '' the'guardian' of Basque mythology? Inspector Amaia Salazar directs the investigation, taking her back to the core of the Basque country at which she expected never to return, and where she was born. Shrouded in mist and surrounded by woods, it's a place of unresolved conflicts and a dreadful secret from the youth of Amaia that will keep coming back to haunt her. Up against the superstitions of the village, Amaia must fight the demons of the past to confront the truth of a serial killer on the loose. However, since she is drawn deeper into the investigation, she feels the presence of something darker lurking within the shadows...
