Showdown

Ken has transferred from Kansas along with his own mommy. He speaks with a girl called Julie, perhaps not knowing that her boyfriend Tom is very possessive of her. Tom is learning karate from Lee, a sensei whose brother was murdered by a rookie cop. Billy has since been the janitor of the faculty that Ken, Julie and Tom visit to. When Ken gets beaten up by Tom for conversing with Julie again, Billy helps Ken by teaching him how to defend himself, which eventually contributes to a struggle between student vs. student, along with sensei vs. sensei.
