The aristocratic, wealthy France-born Boudine family move to New Orleans at the mid-1800s to produce their way. Afterward their exquisite youngest daughter cross paths with their Queen of Louisiana Voodoo, Marie Laveau's fiancé. They have an infant and attempt to keep it a secret, however, Madame Laveau realizes and determines that the family deserves the attention of Laveau curse.
