Cotton Comes to Harlem

Harlem's African-American populace is being cheated by the Rev. Deke O'Malley, who dishonestly maintains that small contributions will protect parcels of land in Africa. They all know that the money is being smuggled in a bale of cotton, when new york police Gravedigger Jones and Coffin Ed Johnson look into the scam of O'Malley.
